I wanted to start this blog about different body and health-related things. There is so much information out there on the internet, that it can be hard to sift through it all, as well as knowing who to trust. I love researching and understanding how the body works - physiologically, psychologically, and emotionally. Not many people realize that the entire body - structural, internal, and mental - is all connected. Even our spirituality

How we think affects us physically and how we feel affects us physically. Another cool, but frustrating, thing about the body is that sometimes the area in which you might feel pain, might not be the area in which the problem lies. (Crazy, I know!) The body is truly an amazing thing. With this blog, I want to explain them, helping you understand how your body might be working and what might help.

One series I want to do is going from head to toe, going through different conditions or issues in each area, what common postures affect that condition/issue, what emotions might be connected with it, any essential oils or foods might help, list any stretches that would help and what modality of massage might work well with it.

As a massage therapist, I am dedicated to educating my clients, no matter if they only see me once or are a regulars of mine. Education and taking control of YOUR health is one major factor in getting better and moving forward in your health.

My goal is to post weekly, but DEFINITELY monthly!
