Align Your Mind Body Spirit Meditation
This exercise is a great visualization/meditation you can do in less than a minute or as long as you like.
You can use whichever breathing count you would like, I recommend a 4x4x8 (inhale, hold, exhale).
Breathe in color, hold/meditate on it for a moment - I imagine it fills my body and my space, and then exhale and imagine clear is coming out - sometimes there is smoke or speckles in the visualization that comes out when you exhale.
I imagine anything in that area not within my highest good, gets expelled into the ether.
I end with opal sparkly white for protection.
Root - Red - Near the bottom of spine - Grounding
Sacral - Orange - Navel - Passion
Solar Plexus - Yellow - Above Belly Button - Desire
Heart - Green - Heart - Love
Throat - Blue - Throat - Communication
Third Eye - Indigo - Between Eyebrows- Intuition
Crown - Purple - Top of Head - Higher Self
Be Like a Tree and Ground Meditation
Begin deep breathing while sitting or standing in a calm place.
As you breathe, imagine a strong, beautiful, steady tree.
Imagine stepping into this tree, where your arms become the branches, your body is the trunk of the tree, and your legs and feet become the root system.
I imagine my branches and leaves growing and reaching towards Celestial Light, and my roots growing to Gaia’s Core.
Tapping into both energies.
Ocean Meditation
Imagine you are looking out at the ocean or down at your feet.
Watch the water lap up to your feet, your feet sinking lower and lower into the sand.
Do this til you feel grounded
Clock Neck Stretch
Sit in a comfortable position.
Forwards would be 12, stretch your neck following the clock face - 12 - 11 going clockwise, very slowly. don’t rush it, and double back often.
Once you make a full circle around, repeat counterclockwise. Repeat daily.

Manual Lymphatic Face Massage

This is good for allergies, getting over colds, and overall better health if done consistently.
MLD(manual lymphatic drainage) helps encourage the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. Lymphatic massage of the face helps those pesky sinuses’.
Use facial lotion or oil if the skin is too dry but try to use natural oils on the skin first.
Butterfly Hands - gently massage in a circular motion on either side of the neck. Enough Pressure to move skin but not muscle. 3-7 times
Peace Fingers - on either side of the ears, place the pointer and middle fingers in a peace sign and gently move the skin up and down. 3-7 times
Gentle massage from the center toward the ears - each 3-7 times:

EFT Tapping Script/Protocol
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, known as “tapping”. You are essentially tapping on acupressure points on the body and saying affirmations or sentences to rewire your nervous system and brain.
Doing this consistently can help relieve symptoms of a negative experience or emotions. I have been using this technique since I was a child. My mom learned it and it has help us in many areas of our lives.
Tapping for Self-Love (example - change out words/phrases for what you are going through.)
TH - I accept myself even with all of my imperfections.
EB - I embrace all parts of me.
SE - I am worth of unconditional Love.
UE - I am perfect even with all my human imperfections.
UN - I am loving, loved and lovable.
CH - I love myself unconditionally.
CB - I give myself the freedom to be all that I can be.
UA - I am free to be me.
KC - I am love, I have love, I give love, I receive love.
